Minor update of PocketLANce to v.1.10.46 - nothing really important, just cosmetic changes. If you have the version 1.10.45 installed, you can skip this update and continue using the previous version.

PocketLANce version 1.10 is updated to 1.10.45 - minor changes are made to make its operation under Win95/98 more stable.
