Problem: registration code is purchased but not received

In most cases you are receiving your registration letter at the same day you have placed your order. In some rare cases it may take up to 2 business days. Only if you have not received it within 2 business days, you have a reason to worry.

Possible explanations why you have not received your order:

  1. Registration letter was lost on its way to you at some intermediary server
  2. Registration letter was bounced by your mailing server due to excessively strict anti-spam settings
  3. You have typed wrong email address in your order
Common solution for all above reasons:

Please fill the form below to request another copy of registration letter to be sent to you. REMEMBER: since the most probable reason of this problem is your email address used for purchase, try providing different email - without this step the problem may remain the same.

MANDATORY FIELDS ARE MARKED WITH *: please do not leave them blank.

Other fields are not mandatory but greatly increase the chance to find your order promptly. Leaving them blank or filling with incorrect details will slower the processing of your request and may decrease the probability of success.

Please note: this request is to be processed only if you have purchased the product within last 2 months. Older purchases are being processed as LOST REGISTRATION CODE
