CRESOTECH Chrome Extensions — Terms of Use

Welcome and thank you for choosing Cresotech extensions (the "Extensions"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of any Chrome extension published under the Cresotech brand by Payforsay s.r.o., Dolezalova 3424/15C, Bratislava, 82104, Slovakia ("Company", "we", "our" or "us"). By installing or using any of our Extensions, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using our Extensions, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not install or use our Extensions.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Extensions solely for personal and non-commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted otherwise. You may not sublicense, sell, or distribute the Extensions or any of its parts.

3. Privacy and Data

Our Extensions may process local data necessary for their operation.

• No cloud storage: All encrypted or processed data (where applicable) remains local on your device unless otherwise stated.

• No tracking of personal data: We do not collect personally identifiable information unless voluntarily provided (e.g., when contacting support). For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use Extensions for any unlawful purpose;

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extensions;

• Circumvent security measures or interfere with the operation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to Cresotech Extensions remain the exclusive property of Payforsay s.r.o. and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted no rights except as expressly described in these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR EXTENSIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT;

• GUARANTEES THAT THE EXTENSIONS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

You use the Extensions at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAYFORSAY S.R.O. AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES;

• LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXTENSIONS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE EXTENSIONS SHALL NOT EXCEED €20 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE EXTENSIONS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extensions at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after the changes means you accept the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing them periodically.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bratislava, Slovakia.
